Anton•Gdynia, Poland•Completely unexpectedly this was one of the best sandwiches I ever had. It’s from this place in Gdynia called Flow.
It was made from the components I usually don’t event like much: portobello mushrooms, some green leaves and pesto sauce. But this was as close to perfection as you can get. Mushrooms were sublime, pesto was tender, the main sauce isn’t even possible to describe. Top that with burrata cheese, sun dried tomatoes and incredible bread - what can be better than this? The bar is so high now.
