Marichka•Ljubljana, Slovenia•This kanapka is inspired by the one from Kubuś (one of my favourite bakeries in Warsaw). It’s easy to make, always tasty and makes you feel like a pro chef.
Slovenian nut bread, egg salad (eggs, mayo, green onion, smoked paprika, salt, some random herbs and it also would be amazing to add some mustard but I didn’t have it) and some pickles on top. Here you go!
