Marichka•Warsaw, Poland•This one is inspired by the Turkish fish bun. I never tried it but always wanted. Mine with atlantic cod not with bonito (or mackerel) like Turkish, but the whole idea is taken from there.
So, the ingredients: rye-wheat bread, cream cheese, grain mustard, romaine lettuce and cooked cod (7 min in a pan).
